Self Love is the key to live a joyful and fulfilled life and, yet, sometimes we forget about ourselves.

We put ourselves on a side.

We feel guilty to say NO.

We feel selfish if we take time exclusively to ourselves.

We GIVE all our energies to our beloved.

We SAY YES to things despite we know that are not for our good.

We IGNORE our own needs to please others.

The result is that we disconnect with our authentic self.

We might put ourselves at exhaustion.

We become more stressed and less joyful.

We put others and other things before us.

As women, we often rush in our daily activities, often driven by our minds by leaving our hearts behind.

We often Give,Give,Give to make others feel better and to please others, and we forget about ourselves.

We often seek attention externally, without realizing that everything we need is already within us.

What about our own values and priorities?
