  • Introductory session with pre-screening questionnaire and fitness testing
  • Goal setting
  • Tailored program
  • Guidance, support and motivation during your sessions
  • Support with your daily habits throughout your journey
  • Training weekly routine plan (when required)
  • Celebrating your progress
