Hello beautiful women!

One Sunday a month immerse yourself in a two-hour holistic fitness journey that promises to uplift your mind, body, and spirit!

Unveil the perfect blend of fitness and wellness:

  • Begin with a 15 Minute Introduction to the workshop.
  • Continue to a 45-Minute Body Weight Training Session to improve your fitness level and build your strength - with regressions and progressions to suit any level (warm up/ cool down included).
  • Transition into a 30-Minute Yoga Session fostering balance, flexibility, and inner peace.
  • Conclude with 15-Minutes of hands-on Reiki to harmonize your energies and foster deep relaxation.  Every participant will receive personal healing.

The Purpose:
This workshop is meticulously crafted to offer participants a comprehensive and balanced body, mind and spirit experience, empowering them to stay active, flexible and connected to themselves.

    Great experience! Alessandro tailored the fitness session to our individual fitness levels and doing the yoga and reiki afterwards was a wonderful way to wind down. Also so lovely being outside on a glorious Sunday morning at Balmoral beach!

    This was a great workshop, a couple of hours of true “me time”. Starts with body weight exercise to get the blood pumping, then transition through yoga stretching and relax with reiki at the end. From exercise to harmony it was a great way to spend a couple of hours. Follow with a wander along the beach or a dip in the ocean, what could be better! Thanks Ale and team.
